P3, re; "NPNT, COVD, etc are CLECs. Of course with the new financing arrangements, SBC and VZ become national CLECs as well as ILECs. Gotta like those two owning the DSL space"

I agree, which is why I have recently purchased CMTN. I read your post to mean that CMTN ONLY had CLECs as customers and were susceptible to an expected trend of non-payments like CIEN just announced. tp
