Hey Jerry - being a little naive about margin stuff could I ask you to break that down for me? I would think raising margin requirements (unless you're being sarcastic) would be a sign of caution.

Also, do you think their bureaucracy is nimble enough to make a policy move like that on short-term notice?

I would think they smell trouble ahead. Interestingly, in March just before the big April plunge a lot of OLBs did the same thing.
