David, Bill Gates' business is slowing and his company is bleeding. He is an investor in how many sectors? The guy is a technical genius, not a market pundit. On a separate note, you have no idea as to how most of us invest, how much we have made or how we protect what we make. Instead, you spew rude, mostly inaccurate comments professing to be seer of the market. Get real. btw, what "facts" did Bill state? He simply made a negative comment about some companies price levels in a negative tone. Did he make a sweeping statement about the sector, the market or the economy? No. If anything, it is a precursor to MSFT not making their numbers because Bill was not smart enough to embrace businesses that ORCL is making a killing on 2-3 years ago. Over the last several quarters, MSFT made or exceeded numbers due to investments that were vastly inflated. In his sector, prices have crashed. The pc sector has slowed and his legal bills are astronomical. MSFT is bleeding talent and MSFT is too large to regroup around a new technical trend overnight. All of these facts have likely led Bill to the realization that MSFT is overpriced. Siding with a guy with an overpriced stock on the wrong end of a legal battle seems to fit your personality. tp
