The DWA elves constructed this charted on the Dec Crude....clear topping action. Doesn't mean that we can see more upside, but on the futures, I don't see $40/barrel. How is that for a contrary view? The october chart looks best, but it even has the telltale DB break. November is right at resistance and December is a lower high. Bullish percent for oil is at 78.50%. The high since 1991 when DWA started charting the BPOIL is 80%.
