Melbourne, Fla., Sep 26, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- EZPrepaid, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pre-Cell Solutions Inc. (d/b/a/ Dual Point Communications) (OTC Bulletin Board: TDCM), and Smart Talking Wireless Inc., an independent wireless products distributor, are combining forces to bring prepaid digital phones to college campuses across the Sunshine State.

"EZPrepaid is a perfect product for college students," said Jack Guberman, President of Smart Talking Wireless. "Students really like the high-tech digital phones. This generation highly values all the features that these phones carry as standard equipment-free voicemail, free long distance, free roaming, caller ID, and call waiting. And parents enjoy the cost control aspect of no surprise bills at the end of the month."
The new EZPrepaid-brand digital handsets, manufactured by LG SANSYS Inc., incorporate unique technology developed by USIntellicom, another wholly owned subsidiary of Dual Point Communications. This technology allows the user to purchase wireless airtime through the handset, bringing a new level of convenience to the prepaid wireless user.

"The prepaid concept has been very effective on college campuses for some time now," said Thomas E. Biddix, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dual Point Communications. "Prepaid phone cards and even prepaid cellular has been available to these students for the past several years. But many college students were just not willing to settle for analog (cellular) service when they had become accustomed to all the features of a digital phone. Now they can have the advanced features while managing their monthly bill in a responsible manner."
CDMA digital service is the state-of-the-art for wireless communications. Digital signals provide a much clearer sound quality and vastly improved security. Additional standard features available with this service include voice mail, caller ID, and call waiting. The EZPrepaid brand CDMA phones also include "roll-over" minutes. Next month, the company will offer a new model phone that features a browser capable of accessing the World Wide Web (Internet).
