resorry to go on about it You are entirely correct...S.I. is all about learning to be better investors and all information helps us! And it is true, that if one is willing to "gamble" a little: companies with strong EPS and weak RS may be on their way to a fine return as a stock, if the RS is strenthening. Above 90 the stock might "be there" already. I decided to "gamble" with ATML and SSTI when they had weak RS and expect that they will be in the RS 90 range sometime in the not too distant future.
