CNBC just said that McTeer had voted against the rate hikes. They're always on top of things. So, he's saying we need to hire more workers to become more productive since businesses will buy more cell phones, faxes, copiers, computers, etc.

thank God he's not voting...btw, it wouldn't matter if they cut rates...de facto monetary policy is extremely loose. cutting rates would just make that official...
