nope. haven't heard a thing since it was pushed back. wouldn't think we'd get the roadshow in less than about 2 weeks, though (just looking at the timing and the need to post the schedule and get out the invites).

My guess is that Luminent is expecting sec comments on its filing by the end of this week with the hope of turning the document around over the weekend and printing the redherring by Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. This would place the start of the roadshow around the week of Oct. 2.
