Ah, but there's some historical context involved there. That particular insult was considered sufficient by old dish-it-out Bill to go whining to the SI admins for protection. The ability to dish it out, and go whining to the admins when anything comes back at 'em, is a characteristic that Bill and Dick seem to have developed independently.

At times I really wonder about the productivity of Americans who spend so much time chatting on the Net from Work.

I suspect most are retirees. The rest of us are retirees-in-training <G> (and it may happen sooner than expected when the bosses catch us <VBG>).
