Internet Business's International Inc. Initiates Legal Action Against Potential Stock Manipulators

TUESDAY, JUNE 6, 2000 7:56:00 PM EST
LAS VEGAS, Jun 6, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Internet Business's International Inc. IBUI
Tuesday announced that the company initiated legal action against potential stock
manipulators.

Albert Reda, CEO, stated: "That we at the company find it incredulous that certain individuals --
while claiming not to be stockholders -- are so concerned with the well-being of their fellow
man that they feel it necessary to continuously post unfounded and disparaging statements
about the company and management in conjunction with telling our stockholders to sell their
stock in an effort for our stockholders not to lose any money."

Reda continued, "If these individuals are so concerned with the well-being of their fellow man,
why aren't they devoting all their time and effort helping the poor and indigent, than spending
their time creating fabrications and posting them on the Internet."

Reda concluded: "The only answer is that these `posters' are making money on the price
fluctuations in the IBUI stock. We at management feel this is a violation of the law and intend to
pursue those individuals, involved."
