There is the law of this thread. If we don't want him to post here because of all his offending posts we can vote to ban him. We did it before, we can do it again if there is a 2/3 majority. Then change the name to the controlled thread. This thread smacks of attitudes in Germany many years ago.

<That even flies in the face of some things that this country (USA) was founded on.> I believe that the US was founded on free speech and free speech in this sense does not protect slander or yelling "fire" in a movie theater or inciting a riot.
