Sarcasm...and hope...often mix...the Europeans can do more with their gas prices than we can...since their taxes are so much more, and in theory, all they have to do is be proactive and drop the tax rate a couple of cents, the net to their coffers remains the same...of course, the classical solution is to bomb the heck out of the weakest OPEC country, and show them who the boss is...personally, I prefer to think we humans (and our Governments) have learned a bit...but then again, I return to my first comment above... -Own
