Before you go into a major bear market (where the overhead resistance is typically the 200 day moving average), you often probe just under the 200 day moving average, as long as the bull move is intact, these probes under the 200 day moving averages have proven to be the best buying opportunity, they do not happen often (this will be the third time this year, quite a lot, and another reason for my bearish scenario for next year).
