Thursday announced the signing of an OEM agreement with leading voice application service provider General Magic
Inc. (Nasdaq: GMGC - news).

Under the terms of the agreement, Fonix FAAST(TM) (Fonix Accelerated Applications Solutions Technology)
unlimited vocabulary text-to-speech (TTS) technology will be available to General Magic customers as part of the
award-winning magicTalk(TM) voice application platform.
