Cacaito, have you read the full article? You know you haven't. You have no real interest in correcting anything you have said. You seem intent on seeing XOMA punished. You seem to think your are on the same side as the FDA. How do you know that the FDA is united in its' decision?

What happens if the FDA changes it mind? Will you then change your tune on XOMA or simply continue to make post after post about how bad XOMA is?

Yes I support p.05 as a standard for bpi to be held to in non life threatening indications. This one is no excuse to withhold. My investment is of no concern to me regarding this meningo matter. You can be sooo wrong sometimes.(sometimes). I am all for investing to make money, but I am also for standing up for what is right.
