To: Steve Hoffman, My tender offer was the same as Boscoe's which was from the Sutter Opportunity fund. I believe they were buying 250k shares for $3.00 each (i tossed mine in the recycling a while back). I apologize if my post was misleading as the tender offer was forwarded to me through my broker (MSDW). Hope this clears up any confusion i might have engendered. best wishes. rod P. S. The price, which was considerably higher in the spot market when i received this offer has indeed come down to the $3.00 level and below. Last trade though was 3 15/16. P.P.S. I liked the letter and information from the company yesterday.
