Hi Boolish, hope you are doing well. Big Rally in the 4th quarter ? Wellll up until this week I thought maybe there was a possibility. I think the best we can hope for is a "reflex" rally, since it my opinion that institutions will be done with most of their tech stock selling in the end of the month. Just ask yourself, what has improved economically that will make Jan's earnings season (actually a lot of companies only report annual results in Feb) any better than this one ? Invest accordingly.
