Sy my friend, I feel your pain! <g>

Last week I received a single proxy statement for the GNET/INSP "merger." It was only for voting on a very few of my INSP shares. As the days went on, I too was getting a little frustrated.

And then viola!...this morning my entire (commercial size) mailbox from completely full of proxy statements for voting both my GNET and INSP shares on the deal. I really have too d*mn many accounts. :) If it wasn't for my large wheelbarrow, I would have definitely gotten a hernia moving the pile. So much for the "paperless office." And to think of all the darn trees that had to die to print all that stuff. No wonder the costs of this "merger" is projected to be something like 36 million (mostly for lawyers and typists, no doubt).

As both merger meetings are on the same day, and at exactly the same time (9:00 PM)...with INSP in Bellevue, and GNET in Seattle...I haven't yet decided which one to attend (if any). On one hand, I would like to say 'Hi" to Russ and the gang...on the other hand, I have been thinking about presenting Jain with a "huge" award, but I just haven't been able to find a sock big enough yet (perhaps just a big roll of duct tape)! <ggg>

Roger :)

PS. Sorry I missed all the excitement with the "short" one, on the "other" thread last week. Perhaps I'll GIT in on the next little rumble. <g> On the other hand, it might be much more fun to just use the SI "ignor" feature, until the "new" INSP hits somewhere between 80-240. ;)
