John, I'm confident that things will work out. Remember, our "Energy Czar" Mr. Richardson has stated that "oil prices will return to $20. a barrel sometime in April." How many jobs does this guy have? Wasn't he a congressman and some kind of UN official as well. I guess he leaves his jobs well before he learns how to do them. Joe

Wasn't that April, 2000? <G> Well before Clint started begging the Saudis..? Then Clint' says to the Saudis, "better increase production or world recession will cut demand"... Then he says" "Higher oil prices won't affect the US economy"...I guess his pal Al needed a boost... Clint's just hoping Jan 1 will come soon and Al or George can take the blame. Jim
