It could be that Marchese suggested a "bargain basement" demand of $75K because he thought he could reasonably get it. On the other hand, if he's looking to settle, demanding certain body parts be kissed in public may not be out of the realm of possibility. ;^)

I don't know. Rumor has it he will accept cash or property with equity only. No pizza, no burgers and no painting. He may get the opportunity to be a starving painter after all!
