Easy. PWI is selling 4.2 million units to a group of underwriters, who must pay PWI for the units by Sept. 28. Meanwhile, the underwriters must sell them before then, either to their clients or in the open market. Until this inventory is gone I don't expect much of a move in the price of the units, no matter what the price of oil and gas do. The same is happening with NAE.UN, ERF.G and now probably AET.UN. Perhaps this is an opportunity to accumulate more of these while the price is held back by this new supply.

In addition to Mayer Tchelebon's comment Prime West has also been more aggressive than most trust with 2 acquisitions this year.Venator and Reserve Royalty.Management of those companies probably cashing out to put into their own new start ups.
Prime West is my largest holding and will be for quite some time with energy prices continuing strong for several years.
