Just a thought John. There has been much talk this past year about an IBM buyout of BMC. My first reaction to the IBM announcement was that it was a warning shot across the bow--the warning being sell out to us for the best price you will get for quite awhile. Imagine an offer on the table at 40 lets say--with BMC back at 19,it suddenly looks much more attractive. And from an IBM perspective; Why reinvent the wheel? BMC would be a perfect fit. It would be a well received deal on the Street as well, imo.
