Sector :) NICE FIND :)

Implications are indeed awesome! Keep up the good work. I believe we will have additional "coverage" and before the first snowfall although the big boys seem to want to keep this gem under the radar as long as possible.

What? Huh? (g)

Me thinks JNPR would become Cisco's big problem if they (JNPR) would marry CWNT but Sycamore, Williams have money here and me can not see how these folks could "all get along"?

Could CWNT be worth over 300 points...a spin-off/buy-out?

I'm numb with joy from the real live press release,
Zaffire wins contract!!!

When has something like this ever been announced
by any company MRV is connected? Something has changed for the better.

We are all excited but still exhausted from reading
the endless posts recently. Yahoo is ahead...5,324 to 35 SI!

Where have all the SI folks gone? Broke?

IBD visits LUME tomorrow.

-----------Above, JMHO---------------

Below, something else.

We all owe our CEO a big debt of gratitude for his efforts. I shutter to think what would of happened in such a terrible market if he had not worked hard for us all. Many Thanks Noam...sorry, I can't reveal how I know this, but I do. Take me to court and I will squeal but nothing less...If the shorts can get away with less that truths and inaccurate utterances...why can't I tell truths?

So sue me.

John

You keep yelling about these things when I want sleepiness until I top off the call position that I have just commenced.<gg> When we look at the recent prices being paid by Cisco, Nortel et al to fill in product positions in optical switching/routing,bolstered by our resident guru's technical comparisons, and our observations of the manner that Zaffire (and other K-P investments) have had their value nurtured and grown, we might come to the bullish conclusion that MRVC's 53% of CWNT might very soon be monetized (pre-tax) for nearly today's market cap of MRVC. Are you trying to insinuate that Noam is learning from Vinod Khosla or from Goldman Sachs? Tech stocks are in a bear market at the moment. These things don't last forever and when this one turns, we will probably be in the right place at the right time. While we are commenting on things that are going by without much comment: I find it quite heartening that Chet White has heard that there is a strong quarter to be announced in October. KK2 has referenced MRVC as a king wave of investments, we just may graduate to the Big Kahuna of Waves in the near future.

c'mon sector, we understand that williams will most likely be signing contracts utilizing SCMR and CWNT equipment (which, obviously mesh very well together or SCMR and Williams wouldn't have been "strategic investors" in the 3rd round financing). further, it can easily be said that SCMR could use its currency to buy CWNT and LU might want to beat them to it (although, it appears too late for LU).

what i thought was good was that they finally got that news out through VKCO. what the heck have they been waiting for? maybe there were some offers on the table and they finally made up their minds which direction to take? this looks good to me. let's just hope williams doesn't run out of money any time soon. weren't they recently selling SCMR stock?
