With the Dollar as strong as it is and with corporate profits of many of the multinationals getting squeezed because of the strong dollar, it makes no sense for Greenspan to raise again.

Raising Rates from here is willing Recession or Hard Landing. Why would Greenspan do that? What's the motive?

PS Greenspan needs to ease. 7% Fed Funds is asking for trouble.
