This should be a good market, considering the ramp up of DSL is hampered by stories about people couldn't get connected after days if not weeks

they cross at the best price buyer/seller can get at the time. if it's on a downtick the day of the trade, we figure the seller was the hungrier, and if he keeps it up, that he is reflecting negative reverberations throughout the market, if he and others keep willing to take less.
