GV, Hi!! I don't doubt that SMcNealy will be a tough foe....What I'm really focusing on now is this quarter...DELL needs a number...Just heard awhile back that in a conference with MSFT: "quarter is on track"... uuummmm...That's what I like to hear.. Best, Kemble

GV, >>SUNW is making a great purchase at a good price. COBT with SUNW behind will be a formidable competitor for DELL in server appliances. Maybe, but my first thought was that Sun would have a rough time at it over price and the dug-in nature of Compaq and Dell in that area. Also, Sun struck out in previous efforts with network computers, diskless computers, and one or two other stillborn products. Maybe that's why they went out and bought Cobalt, though, huh? Tony
