thanks rich--the problem with reading the latest report from carpino is that 300 pts is huge--but then he goes on to say that he doesn't expect a continuation of the downtrend in sept after hitting this 3376--how much lower could it go ???

if you talk to him let us know if that 3376 number is good??

We made it through the first hour and still are holding most of our gains this morning.
I would think we would have had a sell into the rally by now.

I am a little more positive than I was yesterday.

FWIW: the street.com had an article last night saying that the downside had more risk than the upside at this point.
