The nine-man delegation of China Unicom, led by Chairman Yang Xianzu, will observe on first hand the operation of Shinseki Telecom's network control system and other operational aspects including customer service. The Chinese visitors plan to learn operation know-how, customer service and other operation aspects with Shinsegi Telecomm to be ready for its launch of CDMA2000 1X communication service.
