Interest rates are already pretty low, and consumer debt is high. The fed sets rates, so far there has not been the predicted "sqeeze out". Why you suppose that real estate and securities will automatically appreciate (more than they might normally) beats me. Why should they wait for tax relief? And how do you know it is a "chimera". Too many assumption, TP, too many assumptions.......
