Hi Clappy,

good observation. As I said yesterday, this is pretty well the bottom because of the upgrades and the fact that they used their Four Aces to do it.

INTC, CSCO, ORCL and MSFT. This is one of the most obvious signs but you never see anyone talking about it.

THE NEXT THING YOU WILL START HEARING IS A LOWERING OF INTEREST RATES BECAUSE WE ARE IN A GLOBAL ECONOMY AND THE EURO NEEDS HELP.
