The 'Skins are gonna be in the same boat as Dallas in a few years...Playing all the salary cap games (i.e.-deferring monies to subsequent years) is just another way of saying lets win now at all costs!

He is a great player but his EGO tends to drag down/over hype a team.

Wrong, wrong, and wrong. He is no longer a great player, though he was brilliant until the injuries a couple of years ago. His ego does not affect teams negatively. On the Falcons, he was extremely popular in the locker room, a galvanizing force for team unity. He loves himself, perhaps too much, but he loves his teammates without exception. He never points fingers. He was the most difficult player on the team to knock off the practice field via injury. If he could walk, he was out there. As far as hype goes, the media has little effect on a team's on-field performance, and it's silly to suggest it does.
