Hi Ali Chen; Re Rambus technology...

Rambus "technology" has:
a) lower latency,
b) lower power consumption,
c) better performance,
d) lower cost of board tracing,
e) all RIMMs are compatible,
f) there is a granularity problem,
g) there is a pin count problem,
h) RDRAM will be cheaper someday,
i) it uses fewer board layers,
j) RIMMs can be built just as cheap as DIMMs,
k) better signal integrity (LOL!!!)
l) uses less board space,
...
