The whole world is bearish on the market due to the sell off and the oil prices. What better time to start buying.

In reading through beaucoup thestreet.com articles and listening to CNBC, it seems to me that there is a noticeable dichotomy between we retail investors and Wall St. My main interest right now is in the pressure on funds, mutual and hedge, after this difficult year. These managers are probably facing big redemptions between now and the end of October. . . not to mention compromised pay checks. That would account for the doom and gloom in Wall St. They don't see any way to make a killing between now and redemption time. They are depressed.

Meanwhile, we will survive. We are looking well past end October when making our decisions. We don't have a cutoff date.

We, however, are impacted when the fund managers start locking in their returns.

Therefore, I'm buying, or staying in, stocks which are doing well on their charts because the managers will want those on their prospectuses end Sept. Or, those good companies which have already taken their hit. Nevertheless, my finger is on the trigger should Wall St turn suicidal.

You look to me like you have a very savvy portfolio

Bravo ADI!
