Share Ownership

I just received the NDT annual report and something in the "Notice of annual meeting" too me aback.

They indicate there are 25,538,743 shares issued and outstanding, BUT, 21,344,780 (83.6%) are owned by a company called CDS & Co. This means there are only 4,193,963 shares which are free trading so to speak. I was never aware that such a large chunk was owned by a single corporate entity (I may not have spotted it before)

They claim, they are "unable to determine who beneficially owns these shares" B******T, if someone controlled your company you sure as hell better know who owns them.

This massive ownership of NDT puts a whole new perspective on the company from my point of view.
