complaining to the SEC won't do. Best case scenario is that Wittington and the firm get fined. How does that help anyone who lost money on this manipulation?

I am under the impression that the SEC is populated by folks from the major brokerage houses and other Wall Street institutions.

I'd say it would be fruitless to cry to the wolf that the chickens are missing - after placing the wolf in a position to guard the hen house.
