Because Wittington was to obvious and I think the courts are ready to clamp down. Just like the new SEC rule regarding equal dissemination of news from corporations. Did you hear that TXN released a document citing everything it was going to say at its analyst meeting later today. The time is right for this. PM me if you are interested in participating. I'm not soliciting funds to cover the lawsuit.
