QCOM bumps up against its 200 day MA and the Senate passes the bill. Sell on the news and the average or hang on for a bigger move yet to come.

I am long and hanging in there and HOPING. But, I wouldn't be surprised to hear from the Chineese Information Ministry over the next few days that all of us have misinterpreted the signals coming out of China and that China only meant to say that it was still exploring CDMA.
