I'm looking at the broader picture, Cappy. The Constitution is a living, breathing document that is altered/tweaked on an almost daily basis by judges, mainly federal court judges, who interpret how the document applies in specific cases. Substitute the term "altered/tweaked" as opposed to "amended" and you'll see where I'm coming from. By the way, what do you think of the new Dixie Republican separatist/secession movement springing up in the South. Is this something that would appeal to you?
