Hello Teevee

Heading out of town for a day or two but HB informed me this morning that the claims I referred to are GGL's. SUF's shares similarly disputed claims surrounding the ones reported on and if I recall the message correctly, a separate action is being pursued on them. HB did not give me the status of the resolution of their disputed claims.

For some reason I was under the impression that they were all being dealt with at the same time, but I was apparently mistaken.

If memory serves me the GGL web site used to show these claims on a map which I believe lie along the southern border of MPV's Kenady Lake claims and are within a stones throw of their pipe cluster.

I don't believe a great deal of work has been done on them since the dispute arose some number of years ago but again if memory serves, there were apparent trains sourced from them.

Hello Teevee

This on the wire today. I wonder if the decision will now help speed up settlement of SUF's litigation on the claims next door?
