Wouldn't it it be nice if, whenever Carl makes the news, they noted that he was a major shareholder of Cadus? cbs.marketwatch.com Meanwhile, as the days pass following the Appeals Court win, it looks more likely the decision will stick. So, is it really possible that $19 million will continue to be ignored and that KDUS will keep trading just above the $1 level with minimal volume? If there's a big seller (Bristol or even Icahn) holding the stock price down, perhaps Cadus should use some of the $19 million to buy the whole block. Has anyone called the Cadus people recently?
