It may be that a large part of today was short covering... sure was slow motion on the futures for much of the day. Until the end of day, every pop up lacked the oomph we normally would see.

I don't know what time the China trade deal news came out, but it was in the am, it didn't have much impact broadly. And I'm sure it was well expected.

I like to revisit an old friend, NASDAQ:CHINA "Chinadotcom" whenever China/US trade news is in the news. In the spring collapse it moved from 78 to 15 1/4 in only 6 weeks. Guess some folks mistook its parabolic rise as investing.

Not recommending it but perhaps a short in the not too distant future.
