you can use the PHLX and CME traded options...you need a commodity futures trading account for that however. another possibility is to buy it outright and invest the proceeds in German government debt. there's also a futures contract traded on the CME.

I've played it with the Philly options, but I just got a Merrill Lynch product faxed to me and will have a look, it's basically a Euro deposit I think.
