You yourself on one of your messages in response to mine, said that those benchmarks proved nothing since they are so many different things that those kind of benchmarks measure.

I said nothing of the sort. I said that for a sensible comparison of DRAM types, you must compare using the same CPU.

Memory has only two characteristics which impact performance- latency and bandwidth.

DRDRAM has better bandwidth than PC133, therefore the only possible explanation for i815 beating i820 (with everything else held equal), is latency.
