Notice how bearish some traditional bulls have been lately. What does that mean? My interpretation is that when the most bullish get nervous, the market has bottomed. The guest host on CNBC this morning was a bit cautious over the near term (Sept/Oct) but bullish longer term.

Can you image how many other fund managers have been doing this over the past few weeks. Remember some were saying that August would be difficult while just after labor day was a good time to get in----hope not too many followed that advice!

This is really a great setup for a rally if the thinking now is the same. I bet it is. By the time these guys are ready to get back in November, we would be at much higher levels in the Naz as the rush to buy stock will drive this up significantly. Another words, I think support at these levels is very strong given these guys are waiting for a buying opportunity. The market will discount the uncertain October and look past it to a year end rally. The closer we get to October, the more "panic" buying we shall see.

Fund managers are not going to wait until November to do their bottom fishing. It means they will be buying in the very near future---not all at once but enough buying to give us a steady upward move, IMHO.
