I'd guess all the good software engineers (from the old ifmx side) are gone by now and if not they will be soon.

CMRC and others can hire the talent and not buy the company.

I just don't get it. Informix buys Ardent. They merge
and become one. Now they are going to breakup into
two companies. Are they just undoing the merger?
How does it increase shareholder value buy blowing
100 million in charges just to split the company.
Where is the value?????
