Hi Glenda. There is something in the wind, that's for sure. Last week I said Infineon would be the next to sign. Some are saying now that Samsung has signed or is about to. In either of these two situations it would be the beginning of the gutting of Micron, and they know it and are under extreme pressure. Their bounce today, as well as ours, was mostly in anticipation of a settlement. That being the case today's increase for both Micron and Rambus leads me to believe it is Micron that has worked out an agreement with Rambus to settle this matter. Now I know the bashers are going to laugh and point their fingers and giggle, but that's OK I've enjoyed my day just watching them get smacked around by sylvester, Ten, David B, and a few others. We still may hear something as early as tomorrow on Squawk Box from Gary Harmon. What a better time and place to break such news. If he does break it he will do it in a subtle manner without giving a lot of details. As the CFO and not the CEO this is how it should be done, if it is done at all.
