<<This is The Wall Street Digest Hotline Update for Tuesday,
September 19th at 6 p.m

The Dow Industrial Average lost 19 points, while the Nasdaq
Composite gained 139 points.

The market sell-off on Thursday, Friday and again on Monday
was caused by fears of higher oil prices, earnings warnings, and a
slowing economy. The market will rebound, then tomorrow or the next day,
the market will worry about something else.

However, the global Internet/Technology Revolution will never stop and
never end until at least three billion people worldwide will be able to
log-on to the Internet without crashing the system.

Our recommendation of a 20% stop-loss will prevent sizable
losses, but why sell specific blue chip stocks that will revolutionize
the world and build-out the Internet? I believe our recommended stocks
will be posting new highs by March of next year.

Be sure to own and hold these Blue Chip Internet/Technology Stocks:

Cypress Semiconductor CY
Taiwan Semiconductor TSM
Juniper Networks JNPR
JDS Uniphase JDSU
Sycamore Networks SCMR
ADC Telecommunications ADCT
Nortel Networks NT
Corning GLW
Extreme Networks EXTR

Some of our current recommendations have just experienced a pull-
back after impressive August gains. They are on sale now. Buy them
now or add to your current positions.

Do not sell bonds. Long-term interest rates should continue to fall
well into next year.

The next Hotline Update will be Friday, September 22nd, at 6 p.m.
