"Someone asked about patents;
DCH is using DoE technology, so the patents are stronger than bulls breath."

DCH has no patents in fuel cell technology. They have to pay for the licenses to use other people's intellectual property, including DoE technology, which will limit their revenue and earnings(if they have any) growth in the future.

"I feel the stock will rise again as fund managers begin hedging their FC portfolios, and see DCH as the one stock that hasn't been grossly over-valued."

DCH isn't grossly overvalued? Under what premise? PLUG is more cheaply valued overall in these 3 main forms of stock valuation.
