What does the price of oil have to do with the price of tea in China?

O/T oil crisis

We are definitely going to have an oil crisis, in fact we are going to have two of them. The first one will come when worldwide demand exceeds supply. Which by the way could come in the next few months. The second one will come at peak production (depending on who you believe, it is 2 to 10 years away) I have spent 2 years studying this subject (financially speaking, it has been time well spent) and am astonished at how ignorant our world leader are on this subject. Economist always say as the prices go up more oil will be brought to market. This is the biggest fallacy that surrounds oil. If anyone is interested in learning more, I highly recommend these sights:

hubbertpeak.com

oilcrisis.com

simmonsco-intl.com

I am semi-retired from the knowledge I gained from these sights. And the real fun is about to begin.
