Tom, I would say that baggage discarded becomes the greatest asset
but only once it is clearly discarded

I see what you mean about settled or understood lawsuits
they serve as "divining rod" for customers
either join suits or join contracts
they cannot sit on the fence, too costly since they are in the business actively

how much more time before the Rambo path is cleared of lawsuit debris?
